Request maintenance

If you are experiencing any faults in your home, you may be able to quickly fix them yourself. Check the My Home section for useful information including Appliances and Utilities guides. 

If the issue isn't able to be rectified using the links above, you can raise a request using the "New maintenance request" button below. Please give as much detail as possible and your request will be passed straight through to your Asset Manager, who will look into your request and respond within 2 business days.    

Emergencies

If there is a fire, call 999 and request the fire service.

Call the gas emergency number 0800 111 999 immediately if there's a gas leak or there are any signs of carbon monoxide poisoning.

If there is a power cut or for other electrical emergencies call UK Power Networks (only for emergencies and power cuts) on 0800 028 0247.  

For other emergencies you can call the Simple Life team on 0345 686 6590.
